The Legendary Hero Choice Chest is used to unlock legendary heroes and can be earned from the Hidden Treasure in the Secret Command Post. The chest includes heroes that are available in the Tavern, except for those marked with a “new” tag. This means that only the older heroes are available in the Legendary Hero Choice Chest.
